Mya is from El Paso, Texas, and has been modeling for a little over a year. She has participated in New York Fashion Week (NYFW), Los Angeles Fashion Week (LAFW), and Miami Swim Week. Mya will be returning to NYFW in September. She also began modeling through pageants, having been involved in them for a year. Recently, she was the first runner-up for Miss El Paso Teen and plans to compete again next year. This year, Mya has one more local pageant left in September. Last year, she competed in Miss Teen New Mexico and placed in the top five. She has discovered her passion for modeling, pageantry, and cheerleading.
